Kristen Haynes is a true Entrepreneur with over 10 years of real estate experience and a 6 figure agent after her first year selling residential real estate in 2013. After being a top producing agent for years at the independent local brokerage, She started her own firm Triad’s Finest Real Estate by eXp Realty in January 2021, where she now leads 20 agents and 6 staff members. 

Kristen is an agent known for her responsiveness, keen market insight, “bulldog” tenacity, and she is also a licensed General Contractor! This work ethic has ultimately led her to build an almost 100% referral-based business, earn Choice awards for Favorite Realtor by a local publication many years in a row and consistently in the top 1% of agents in the Triad. Kristen also won the Business Journal 2023 Outstanding Women in Business award and consistently appears as one of the top agents in the Triad.  As a certified luxury home marketing specialist, a Guild Member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, and member of eXp Luxury division, Kristen has an additional level of understanding of what it takes to market, sell, negotiate, and purchase high-end properties. She believes in giving every buyer or seller the same quality luxury experience. She’s also constantly investing in her own real estate and has a portfolio of long-term and vacation rentals, residential and commercial.

Kristen graduated from North Carolina State University in 2006 and was chosen for the Leadership Development Program at BB&T where she spent the next six years. She attributes a large portion of her success in real estate to the background, fundamentals and values she learned in banking. With the bank, she initially served as project manager developing sales and marketing tools before moving into commercial real estate and Corporate areas.  She gained excellent communication skills and contacts while managing a portfolio of nearly 1 Billion in loan exposure (not to mention skills in juggling deadlines, renewals and other client expectations).

She and her husband Jimmy, a real estate attorney, have three girls, Alice, Olivia and Hadley. They enjoy playing tennis, golf, skiing, fishing, cooking, and spending time on Bald Head Island, Boone, NC and Aspen, CO.
